I joined Ropes & Gray in 2005 as a member of the Health Care Group in the Corporate Department. In a typical day, I often work on many different projects for several different clients. Most of my work involves researching and advising on regulatory issues that affect the health care industry. I also am frequently involved in reviewing and drafting contracts and occasionally assist with health care related transactions. I particularly enjoy the work I do for universities and medical schools, but I have also worked on projects for hospitals, pharmacies, and insurance companies. I have also gained experience in non-profit law by taking on two pro bono projects involving the mergers of Massachusetts non-profit corporations.

I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000 with a major in Biology. Between college and law school, I tried out a variety of career paths including animal behavior research and teaching high school math. I eventually made the decision to attend law school and graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2005. I very much enjoy returning to Charlottesville for recruiting events.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, skiing, and traveling.
