I joined Ropes & Gray in 2005 after graduating from Harvard Law School. I am an associate in the Corporate Department, where I have worked on a broad range of corporate matters. The focus of my practice is mergers and acquisitions, although I have also worked on various debt financing and securities matters.

In 2000, I graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in History. At Harvard Law School, I was an editor of the Harvard International Review.

I am originally from Orange, California. Outside of the office, my interests include travel, reading, movies, music, basketball and trivia. I look forward to meeting you and hope to work with you as colleagues down the road!
