I joined Ropes & Gray's Corporate Department in 2001 and became a partner in 2008. I graduated from Columbia University in 1996 and Harvard Law School in 1999.

A large part of my practice involves representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide range of large cap and middle market financing transactions, including high yield bond issuances, bridge facilities, syndicated credit facilities, ABL facilities and second lien and mezzanine financings. I also regularly advise institutional investors in venture capital, growth capital and other private investments.

My wife, Brigitte, and I enjoy spending time with our daughter, cooking together and visiting our families on the west coast and in Asia.
