I joined Ropes & Gray in December of 2006 and am an associate in the Tax & Benefits Department. As an undergraduate, I majored in Political Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and received a Masters in Public Administration from the same school. I graduated from Boston College Law School in 2002.

I chose to join Ropes & Gray primarily because of the breadth and depth of its tax practice. The bulk of my work is focused on private equity acquisitions and dispositions, securities offerings and partnership transactions.

Born and raised in upstate New York, I enjoy hiking, golf, running and spending as much time as possible with my wife and son.
