I joined Ropes & Gray in 2006 as an associate practicing in the Corporate Department and focus primarily on securities and public company work and private investment funds.

In my work thus far, I have been able to experience a wide variety of projects that includes counseling various public company clients on reporting and disclosure requirements and forming multiple private investment funds and overseeing the legal aspects of the fundraising process. I have also worked on a pro bono matter and incorporated and gained 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status for a Greater Boston community program.

I graduated from Bowdoin College in 2001 with a B.A. in Sociology and Women’s Studies, and received my J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 2006. While at Columbia Law School, I was an Articles Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts, and a co-coordinator (and player) of the Annual Deans’ Cup charity basketball game (vs. NYU Law) that raised over $100,000 in 2006 for both law schools' public interest groups.

My husband and I welcomed our first child in July of 2008 and we are enjoying being first time parents. We like exploring the ins and outs of the Boston area and beyond with coffee in hand. I also enjoy running, watching the Patriots and Red Sox and spending time with my 23 nieces and nephews.
