I am an associate in the Corporate Department in the San Francisco office of Ropes & Gray. I joined Ropes & Gray in fall of 2006 and have been working on general corporate matters. Practicing in the corporate group at Ropes & Gray has given me a great opportunity to participate in a wide variety of matters. Although my practice is becoming more focused on debt financing transactions and venture financing, I still have the opportunity to participate in acquisition transactions, investments in private equity funds and tax-exempt bond offerings, to name a few.

I attended the University of Chicago as an undergraduate, majoring in the Biological Sciences with a focus on Ecology and Evolution. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison, Wisconsin in 2006 where I participated in the Wisconsin Law Review and the Moot Court Board. I learned valuable multi-tasking skills by organizing and running the 2006 Evan A. Evans Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition while in law school.
